Edible crickets are low in calories, high in protein and a great source of minerals like calcium and iron. They taste like nutty shrimps; try them coated in soy sauce and roasted at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Once they turn crispy, sprinkle with a pinch of white pepper and chilli powder for a great snack.
Our crickets are freeze-dried, unseasoned and ready to cook with, or eat straight from the packet as an on-the-go snack.
Once opened store in a cool, dry place and consume within 1 month.
